WeddingHowTo.Com does not have any control over such sites and information, and therefore we make no guarantee to the accuracy, currency, content or quality and we assume no responsibility as to whether your use of our search technology locates material of unintended, questionable or adult oriented content.

You understand that WeddingHowTo.Com's services are provided "AS-IS" and on a "Best Effort" basis. WeddingHowTo.Com is not responsible for loss of data, nondeliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions.

These companies include (But are not limited to) ONC Hosting, Sound Stage Entertainment, Ltd, The Wedding Zone or any other company which has it's web site residing on the ONC Hosting server located at 66.98.170.11 .

While these e-mails are used to inform you of changes in our company, they may also contain solicitation offers from third party companies.

We will NOT sell or share your information with any person or company that is not directly affiliated with WeddingHowTo.Com.

YOUR PAID LISTING:

Once you pay for a listing, in order for it to be posted on our web site you must fill out the form located at http://www.weddinghowto.com/addlisting.htm . Your listing will be placed within 24 hours of filling out the "Listing Information" form and notification of payment has been received. As a courtesy, we will send you an e-mail after your subscription payment has been received. Failure to submit your listing information will cause your listing to be delayed from appearing on WeddingHowTo.Com, WITHOUT REFUND. Wedding How To listings are paid for by subscription through PayPal and automatically renew yearly. Once payment is made, there are no refunds. Cancellations must be made through PayPal. If payment was made by direct method there is no automatic renewal and cancellation must be made by email.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:

When you submit a payment, through PayPal or Direct , you agree to the amount of your transaction to be deducted each year until you notify PayPal to stop the Subscription Payment. You may stop this yearly billing at any time and your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. IF you wish your listing to be removed any time prior to the end of your current billing cycle, email Wedding How To at removelisting@weddinghowto.com . There are no partial refunds issued for early removal.

Because of the nature of our system, once a payment is received, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, FOR ANY REASON.

PRIVACY POLICY:

WeddingHowTo.Com will not disclose any personally identifying information to third-parties unless you expressly authorize it, except as required by and in compliance with the law.

Users alone are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of and account number and/or password for your accounts. You are personally liable and responsible for the use of your account, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you.

In order to ensure that WeddingHowTo.Com is able to provide high quality services you must consent to WeddingHowTo.Com employees and/or authorized affiliates having access to your account and records.

The Terms of Service will inure to the benefit of WeddingHowTo.Com's successors, assigns and licensees.

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by an officer of WeddingHowTo.Com.

Any copying or paraphrasing any intellectual property on this site, automatically creates a legal binding contract and you agree to be billed $7,000 payable within 30 (thirty) days. The owner of the site and/or Webmaster using any of our information, will be held fully liable for the total contracted price, and if not paid within the above stated Timeframe, it will be turned over to a collection agency and/or legal action will be started, if needed, to collect the total amount due PLUS any reasonable Attorneys fees and Court costs.
